Dehumidifiers COMPRAG series RDX, AD, CK, MEX, etc.

The adsorption dryers of the AD series operate with a constant dew point of -40 °C. Large diameter receivers are filled with an optimal amount of desiccant (moisture absorber). Compressed air moves inside the receiver at a moderate speed, with a relatively long contact time with the desiccant, ensuring an efficient drying process. Dehumidifiers are equipped with high-quality functional valves, with a long service life. The switching of the drying-purging operation modes is carried out by an electronic controller with an intermittency of cycles of 10 minutes.
Functional features
- Fully automatic operation mode
- Constant dew point -40°C
- High-quality desiccant, with coarse grain
- The optimal cycle time is 10 minutes.
- Adjusting the amount of purge air
For complete drying of compressed air, it is necessary to use refrigerated dehumidifiers. The dehumidifiers of the RDX series are a reliable design, low pressure loss, high efficiency.
Functional features
- Highly efficient heat exchanger with low pressure losses
- High efficiency with low power consumption
- Environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a/R404a
- Constant low dew point value
- Effective dehumidification in the separator regardless of the load
- Compact design
- Easy to put into operation
- Convenient operation and service
Mobile high-performance coalescing filters of the SK series are an effective method for removing up to 95% of condensate and solid particles up to 10 microns in size from the compressed air line. The filters of the SK series are specially designed for mobile use during outdoor abrasive blasting.
Functional features
- Made specifically for outdoor use
- The initial and operational cost is cheaper than that of refrigerated or adsorption dryers
- Simple care - washing with water
Integrated condensate removal systems of the MEX series most effectively remove condensate and oils from the air stream during abrasive blasting. Condensate and oils in the abrasive blasting system cause clumping of the abrasive and possible blocking of the dispenser, hoses and nozzles. Dry, purified compressed air prevents clumping of the abrasive, increases productivity and reduces maintenance costs. Integrated MEX condensate removal systems are a cost-effective way to remove up to 95% of condensate and oils normally found in compressed air. Dry air prevents the appearance of wet abrasive, which leads to increased wear, increased downtime and additional maintenance.
Functional features
- reliable all-welded construction
- pneumatic or electric drive
- two separators cyclonic and coalescent
- transfer manifold for three or four ball valves
- pressure regulator / filter / oiler
- electromagnetic starter in a sealed case
- sling loops and slots for forklift forks
