Screw compressors COMPRAG series Airstation, Directdrive, etc.

Screw oil-filled AirStation compressors are designed for uninterrupted and economical production of compressed air in industrial enterprises. Distinctive features - compact thoughtful design, high-quality assembly and key components from leading manufacturers.
- Modern, energy-saving design of the screw block.
- Optimally economical operation of the compressor thanks to microcontroller control.
- Minimal pressure losses on all key components of the compressor result in tangible total energy savings.
- An efficient oil separation system with a residual oil content in compressed air of less than 3 mg/m3.
- Free access to filters and separators for their maintenance.
- Screw compressors of the AirStation series. Models A, AR, ARD 07-22. Operation manual.
- Screw compressors of the AirStation series. Models A30-A55. Operation manual.
- Screw compressors of the AirStation series. Models A75-90. Operation manual.
Screw oil-filled compressors of the DirectDrive series are a high level of efficiency, reliability and economy. The screw unit is connected directly one-to-one with the motor through the coupling and transmits torque without loss, which increases the energy efficiency of the compressor compared to a compressor with a belt or gear transmission.
- Direct drive one-to-one. The large size of the screw block and the low speed of rotation of the rotors increases the service life, reduces vibration and noise background.
- Efficient and quiet centrifugal radiator cooling fan. Centrifugal fans create a constant pressure across the entire diameter of the airflow. The heat transfer coefficient when using centrifugal fans is higher than when using axial fans.
- The compressor components are connected by metal pipe wiring or flexible metal sleeves. This method of assembly is more reliable and durable than the use of rubber hoses.
- The function of direct pressure monitoring in the system at the start of the compressor adds reliability to the control system.
- Good service access to all major compressor nodes.
