SGV model metal abrasive dispensers are used for dosing heavy or aggressive abrasive materials, such as cast and crushed shot or aluminum oxide. The design of the SGV metal abrasive dispenser prevents the valve body from coming into contact with the abrasive flow. The abrasive stream has contact only with the rubber insert (tube), which can be quickly replaced during wear. The dosage of the abrasive is carried out by clamping the tube with an adjustment screw.

The FSV model abrasive metering valves are designed for precise dosing of abrasive into the compressed air stream at the outlet of the abrasive blasting machine. The design of the FSV valve with an inclination angle of 45° allows for a uniform air-abrasive mixture. Long-lasting valve adjustment discs allow precise dosage of the amount of abrasive. The service window allows you to clean the valve from clogging if necessary. The FSV abrasive metering valve is designed to work with mineral abrasives (slags).
