Devices for cleaning the inner surface of PBT series pipes

Devices for abrasive blasting of the inner surface of PBT-1 pipes are designed to work in pipes with an inner diameter from 3” (75mm) to 12” (300mm). The PBT-1 device consists of a nozzle with a Venturi channel and an abrasive spray cone made of tungsten carbide.The PBT-1 device provides uniform circular spraying of the abrasive. The spray cone and nozzle are designed for a long period of operation. The PBT-1 device has various sets of non-adjustable guides for installation in pipes with an internal diameter from 3” (75 mm) to 5” (127 mm) and a carriage for installation in pipes with an internal diameter from 5” (127mm), but not more than 12” (300mm).

PBT-2 ROTOBLAST is a high-performance mobile device for abrasive blasting of the inner surface of pipes, which is powered by a standard abrasive blasting unit. PBT-2 ROTOBLAST consists of a housing with a rotating abrasive blasting head and centering guides for proper coordination of the device inside the pipe, which allows for uniform abrasive blasting. PBT-2 is designed to work in pipes with an internal diameter from 12” (300 mm) to 36” (900 mm). By adjusting the speed of translational motion, you can achieve the desired degree of cleaning of the inner surface of the pipe. PBT-2 is operated with abrasive blasting nozzles with an internal diameter from 5.0 mm to 9.5 mm.

Pipe nozzles of the PTC-360° and PTC-360°L series.

The nozzles of the PTC-360° series are designed for cleaning the inner surfaces of pipes 2”- 5”. They are installed in the nozzle holder of the device instead of the usual abrasive blasting nozzle. The PTC-360° nozzle is equipped with a diffuser that forms a flow of air-abrasive mixture into the shape of a ring. During operation, the PTC-360° nozzle is pulled through the pipe and the inner surface is cleaned around the perimeter.

The nozzles of the PTC-360°L series are designed for cleaning the inner surfaces of 3/4”- 2” pipes. They are installed in the nozzle holder of the device instead of the usual abrasive blasting nozzle. The PTC-360°L nozzle is equipped with a diffuser that forms a flow of air-abrasive mixture into the shape of a ring. During operation, the PTC-360°L nozzle is inserted into the pipe and the inner surface is cleaned along the entire perimeter for the length of the nozzle.

ABL Model Sandblaster lamp

The lamp of the ABL sandblaster is designed to illuminate the working area during sandblasting. The lamp operates from 12 volts and gives a bright and concentrated light directed into the work area. The lamp of the ABL sandblaster is attached to the sandblasting sleeve and does not interfere with the use of the floating remote control. The operator does not need to hold the lamp in one hand and can work efficiently. The modern LED lamp is powered by a 12V DC battery or any other 12V DC source. The lamp has a sealed design and is protected from dust and ricochet.
