The EDUCT-O-MATIC dust-free cleaning device is a closed-loop mobile device. EDUCT-O-MATIC consumes a small amount of compressed air from 2.5 m3/min at a pressure of 6 bar. The operator starts the device using an ergonomic handle that does not cause fatigue. When the handle is not fully pressed, the process of suction of abrasive and dust begins, when the handle is fully pressed, the process of abrasive blasting begins. The compact conical hopper is filled with abrasive for operation. Compressed air picks up the abrasive from the hopper and carries it to the nozzle, where the abrasive is mixed with the main air flow and carried out through the nozzle. To catch the abrasive on uneven surfaces, there are special shaped nozzles in the kit that allow you to create a vacuum. The abrasive is returned back to the hopper for reuse, and the dust is sent to the filter bag. EDUCT-O-MATIC cleans a 30 mm wide strip in one pass. The EDUCT-O-MATIC device is designed to work with steel chipped shot. A cotton bag detains harmful dust.
